Examples of daily commitments:
Meditate in the morning. Watch 10 cycles of your breath. Breathing out and in equals one cycle.
DREAM: Read (or write if you don’t have one) your GET LIT LIST. The LIT list is a one sheet that clearly states short, mid and long term desires w certain dates that you will accomplish them.
Envision your day. Glance at your calendar. Make sure your not missing anything and then envision that that day goes perfectly. You are wearing what you want, seeing the best in people and people are seeing the best in you and the day flies effortlessly
3 up: The last part of the morning ritual is to write down the 3 most important items that you are going to accomplish that day.
FLIP the script: When something doesn’t go that well, don’t attach to it, simply flip it. The words “how can I help” is a good tool to letting an unwanted situation dissolve.
Do one random act of kindness a day. It’s easy and you already do it just acknowledge it. Hold a door for someone, by them a coffee , say something nice, tip a little bigger. Whatever... just do something nice and acknowledge to your self that you intentionally did it.
